Our History
Our story began long before this company had a name. It started in storm‑damaged neighborhoods across the country, working as CAT and appraisal adjusters for one of the largest insurance carriers in the nation. For more than six years, we provided crucial claims assistance, standing with families on some of their hardest days and helping bring clarity and direction to complicated insurance claims.
Those years provided more than experience—they built a foundation of discipline, accuracy, and service that defines how we operate today. After handling thousands of insurance claims and seeing firsthand how overwhelming the process can be for policyholders, we recognized the need for better insurance claims support for those who simply want a fair and honest outcome.
That realization led to the creation of our small, veteran‑owned public adjusting and appraisal company. Built on values forged through military service and refined through years of insurance adjusting, our mission is straightforward: advocate for homeowners and business owners with integrity, expertise, and unwavering dedication.
From major storm losses to everyday property damage, our history is rooted in real work, real people, and real results. What began as a career in adjusting has grown into a company committed to standing up for policyholders and ensuring their voice is heard.

Our Team
My name is James, and I’m the founder of Middle Tennessee Adjusting & Appraisal, where we specialize in insurance adjusting and claims assistance. I served proudly in the United States Army, where I learned the discipline, integrity, and commitment to service that continue to guide my work today in providing insurance claims support.
After completing my military service, I earned my degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, and chose to build my life here in Middle Tennessee. This is where my wife and I are raising our family, and where I’ve built the roots that shape both my personal life and my professional mission.
Middle Tennessee isn’t just where I work—it’s home. The values I learned in the Army, strengthened through my education, and lived out while growing a family here are the same values that drive this company forward every day.
